Cross Timbers Health Clinics, Inc. has a very rich history in De Leon, Texas. CTCHC began providing services to the community in 1967 and was formally chartered in 1986. CTCHC is the only medical health provider in De Leon providing access to a full array of primary health care services including medical care for the entire family, immunizations, Texas Health Steps, WIC nutrition services, obstetrics and gynecology, nutrition, diabetes, weight loss and family planning education.
CTCHC is accredited through The Joint Commission for all services surveyed under the applicable manual(s) noted in the comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Ambulatory Health Care receiving the Gold Seal of Approval TM four times.
During the past 44 years, CTCHC has made significant progress in expanding access to care for the residents of the service area, particularly those most in need, opening medical clinics in Brownwood, Stephenville and Eastland and a dental clinic located in Eastland, Stephenville and Brownwood . CTCHC continues to provide affordable health care for patients of all income levels through a sliding fee scale based on income as compared to Federal poverty guidelines. The recent addition of 4,800 square feet to our De Leon clinic site and remodeling of the existing building allows us to provide high quality, comprehensive health care that is accessible, coordinated, culturally and linguistically competent and community directed for all populations.
